What MortgageSense is

MortgageSense is an information tool. It compares your home loan rate against advertised market rates and estimates potential savings. It is general information only. It is not credit assistance, a credit quote, or personal financial advice, and it does not take your full circumstances into account.

Estimates, not guarantees

Grades, savings, valuations, and projections shown by MortgageSense are estimates based on the information you provide and publicly available market data. Your actual rate, savings, and eligibility depend on a full assessment by a licensed broker or lender. Figures may change at any time and lenders may decline any application.

Using the service

  • Provide accurate information. Do not upload documents you are not entitled to share.
  • Do not misuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service.
  • The content and design of MortgageSense belong to Kookaburra Finance.

Getting a broker call

If you ask to be contacted, we pass your details to a licensed mortgage broker who may call or email you about your enquiry. Any credit assistance is provided by the broker under their own credit licence, and the broker's own terms and disclosures apply. See how referrals work.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on MortgageSense estimates. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
