CardSense is part of the Sense AI family. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use CardSense, how we use it, and your rights under the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect
- CardSense is a browse-and-compare tool: you can use it without giving us any personal information.
- Basic technical data such as your IP address and request headers, used to keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and rate-limit the public API.

What we do not do
We do not run a credit check. We do not sell your personal information. The card data we publish comes from the public Consumer Data Right feed, not from you.

Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers (hosting, database) to run the service, and they process data only on our instructions. We do not share your personal information with card issuers.
Your rights
